Volora Lite — Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Volora Lite (lite.volora.io), a product of Volora ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them and to the Privacy Policy.

1. Who can use Volora Lite

Volora Lite realtor accounts are for licensed Ontario real estate registrants (RECO). You must provide your legal name, brokerage, RECO registration number and board membership accurately. Client accounts are free and invitation-based. We verify realtor accounts by human review; until verified, sharing features are limited. 2. MLS and listing data

Data you upload (MLS sheets, comparable PDFs, photographs) is used **on your behalf and at your direction** to produce your reports, and is stored only as part of your account and the reports you generate. You are responsible for having the right to use any data you upload under your board's rules and your brokerage's policies. We do not scrape MLS systems and we do not resell uploaded data. 3. Advertising and professional obligations (TRESA)

Documents produced by Volora Lite carry your registrant name and brokerage as TRESA advertising rules require, and CMA reports carry a "not an appraisal" statement. 4. Credits and billing

Paid features consume credits. Credits are licensed, not sold; they expire as stated at purchase and are **non-refundable except as required by law** (failed report runs are automatically re-credited). Pro is a monthly subscription billed through Stripe in Canadian dollars plus applicable taxes; it renews until cancelled, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. 5. Your content and our licence

6. Acceptable use

No unlawful use, no misrepresentation of verification status, no attempts to access other accounts' data, no automated scraping of the service. We may suspend accounts that break these rules; where practical we warn first. [PLACEHOLDER — counsel: enforcement ladder.]

7. Account deletion

You can delete your account from Settings. Deletion ends your connections, anonymizes your chat history for counterparties, removes your uploads and documents, and cancels billing; a short grace period applies before the account is unrecoverable. 8. Disclaimers and liability
